It is a crucial stage for building the foundations of their emotional well-being and inner values, which play an important role in shaping their character in the years to come. At Pathway School, the Preschool Program is built upon five core cultural values: Mindfulness – Warrior – Understanding & Love – Kindness – Self-learning, with the goal of supporting children’s holistic character development.

Each learning experience is designed around the child’s individual abilities and encourages exploration and multisensory learning through real-life environments and experiences. Pathway School’s Preschool Program has been enhanced and developed from the Mont. Tue Duc Program and the Preschool Education Program of the Ministry of Education and Training.

ADAPTABILITY Skills

At Pathway School, challenging activities and new experiences such as running, climbing, and jumping rope are more than just physical activities. They help children develop a healthy lifestyle, face challenges, overcome difficulties, and learn from their own experiences. Through these activities, children learn to care for and protect themselves while gaining valuable life experience.

EXPRESSION Skills

The curriculum encourages creativity in language and develops children’s communication skills by providing opportunities to participate in group activities and social play, such as creating stories, making up songs, and taking part in role-play and drama activities. Through these experiences, children are encouraged to express their ideas and thoughts, listen to others, and interact confidently within a group.

SELF-RELIANCE Skills

Pathway School encourages children to explore, think independently, and learn through discovery, helping them take an active role in acquiring knowledge and developing their thinking in a personalized way. Throughout their learning journey, children apply this approach through activities such as drawing, practicing numeracy and mathematics, creating and developing stories, and using materials, toys, and artworks to learn through sensory and hands-on experiences.

PROBLEM-SOLVING Skills

Preschool children naturally have many questions about the world around them. At Pathway School, curiosity is highly valued and encouraged. Children learn to recognize emotions, apply mathematics in everyday life, use technology, and develop an understanding of science. Through these experiences, they gradually develop logical thinking, awareness, and the ability to solve problems related to their daily lives.

COLLABORATION Skills

The Pathway School preschool program places strong emphasis on helping children learn to manage their emotions, both individually and within a group. Children practice sharing, cooperating, and respecting one another. They are also encouraged to develop empathy and embrace diversity through discussions, hands-on activities, and experiences involving both hypothetical and real-life situations.

Pathway School’s preschool education method is built around two key principles that nurture children’s knowledge and skills from their earliest years: a multimodal experiential learning environment and experiential learning.

The curriculum builds on and further develops the Tuệ Đức Preschool Program, which has been successfully implemented since 2020, while integrating the Preschool Education Program of the Ministry of Education and Training. The Pathway School Preschool Skills Program combines experiential learning with Montessori, STEM, HARMONY, physical development, and activities that build a warrior spirit. These include water-based activities, martial arts with music, culinary activities, creative arts, and more.
