Enrollment Process

At Pathway School, we conduct the enrollment process attentively to ensure that parents and teachers understand the educational perspectives and teaching methods and have an effective cooperative relationship to best assist a child’s development from preschool through middle and high school.

There are four steps:

  • Register for advice
  • Take an input test
  • Finish the enrollment process

Step 1: School information research

Pathway School sends Parents a set of general information about the school at its website: https://pathway.edu.vn/en/

Information on the list of campuses: https://pathway.edu.vn/en/campuses/

After choosing a suitable campus, Parents fill in the registration form here.

The Division of Enrollment will provide a detailed curriculum and fee policy and make an appointment for parents to visit the school.

The Division of Enrollment will schedule a day for students to take the input test after Parents have researched the school and registered.

Parents hand in enrollment documents and pay the required fees within seven days of receiving the test result.

The enrollment documents include:

+ Enrollment form
+ Enrollment Agreement
+ Child behavior questionnaire
+ Physical Evaluation
+ 3×4 photo (3 photos)

+ Copy of birth certificate (extract) or Notarized translation of birth certificate (If you are a foreigner)
+ Copy of Family Record Book or Copy of Passport (if you are a foreigner)
+ School Record and most recent score transcripts (except preschool)
+ Certificate of completion of Primary program (for middle school) / level 2 (for high school)
+ Transfer recommendation letter (for transfer students)
