As for the elementary level, Pathway School optimizes its facilities and learning spaces according to high standards, with a maximum of 25 students/classroom. The classroom is divided into groups of 4 students, with two pairs progressing together to enhance student cohesion.
The learning space is always in operation following the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Safe, Supervise and Set to go) agreed upon by teachers and students, which helps instill in students the habit of tidiness, discipline, and independence in activities, as well as foster respect and love for everyone and everything around them.
Based on children’s physical and psychological development at the elementary school level, the Sasuke playground and interconnected games are designed to focus on strengthening willpower and skills, including fine motor skills, speed, and agility, which helps students gradually overcome fear and learn to observe themselves inwardly. The Sasuke playground has a protective net and interconnected games that increase the difficulty of movements, such as jumping rope exercises, speed variations, single-bar wrist twists, weaving, balance beam movements, see-saw, and rope movements.
